Medical Clinic

Axis provides medical services by appointment only.  Operators are available 8:30-5:00pm.

Special Note: TB and pregnancy tests are offered as a walk-in service Monday through Friday.

Mental Health

Counseling services are by appointment only.

Monday-Thursday from 9:00am until 9:00pm
Friday from 9:00am until 7:00pm

Teen and Adult Addiction Counseling

Addiction counseling services are by appointment only. We offer daytime and evening appointments Monday-Friday.

WIC Nutritional Services

WIC nutritional services are by appointment only. We offer appointments Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-4:30. First Tuesday of month 8:30-4:30, Tuesdays for the rest of month 9:30-5:30.

Driving Under the Influence Programs

Our court ordered programs are available by enrollment only. We offer daytime and evening classes Monday-Friday.  We offer Saturday morning and afternoon classes in Pleasanton.
